Professional Services such as mailbox re-attachments, exports to .pst, or MigrationWiz migrations, must be initiated/approved by the Primary or Billing Contact of record. These services do not fall under our standard payment terms. Professional Service fees are invoiced at the time of request and payment is due immediately, prior to the completion of the request.
