Plans
Plans are collections of Dynamics 365 Applications. They are the most cost-effective option to provide complete flexibility for a user to have access to any Dynamics 365 functionality.
Dynamics 365 Plan
Dynamics 365 Plan includes access to Customer Engagement Plan functionality plus Dynamics 365 Unified Operations Plan. A subscription to Dynamics 365 Plan includes default access to both the Customer Engagement Plan applications and the Dynamics 365 Unified Operations Plan applications.
Dynamics Customer Engagement Plan
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan gives you the flexibility to work with any application functionality within the plan. It includes the following Applications:
