This article describes the process for modifying the renewal settings of a customer’s subscription. Modifying the renewal settings allows for subscription changes to be scheduled in advance, which will then take effect at the end of the current subscription term. Some examples of possible changes include aligning a subscription’s end date with another subscription, adjustments to license count, and modifications to the subscription term and billing frequency.
