This article provides the steps for configuring Microsoft services for a company with an existing Microsoft tenant.

Before the steps in this article can be followed, you will need the default domain of the customer’s tenant, which always ends in .onmicrosoft.com. Additionally, a partner relationship must be established with the customer tenant. For assistance with establishing the partner relationship, please contact your sales representative.

 

  1. Start by clicking the Companies button in the left-hand menu.

  2. On the Companies page, click on the name of the desired company to open it.

  3. On the company details page, click on the Vendors tab.

  5. On the Vendor Details page, in the Tenant Domain box, click Configure.

  6. On the Purchase Configuration page, select Register an Existing Tenant. Click the Next button to continue.

  7. On the Tenant Domain step, enter the default domain, which ends in .onmicrosoft.com, for the customer’s tenant.

  8. Click the Submit button to register the tenant.
     
     


  9. On the Vendor Details page, navigate to the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) section and click the Accept button. 


  10.  Fill out the contact information for the user accepting the Microsoft Customer Agreement, then click the Next button to continue.

     
  11. On the Agreement step, review the Microsoft Customer Agreement and click the Accept Agreement button at the bottom of the page.

     
  12. Click the Submit button to finish.
